Winsday provides football-related analysis tools, including Daily Picks, match statistics, advanced filters, favourites, and Premium features such as Ticket Builder. Winsday is an information and analysis product. It is not a bookmaker, betting operator, casino, or payment intermediary for wagers.

You must meet the minimum age required to use the App Store and our Service in your country. If you use Winsday in connection with sports wagering decisions, you are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live, including age and licensing restrictions for any third-party betting activity.

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@winsday.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Winsday offers Free features and optional Premium subscriptions. Premium purchases and renewals are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Pricing, billing period, trial terms (if any), and taxes are shown at the time of purchase in the App Store. Premium features may change over time as Winsday evolves.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.
• Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
• Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its security or availability.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Winsday content at scale without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use Winsday to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Present Winsday analysis as guaranteed outcomes or as advice from a licensed gambling operator.

Winsday, including its name, branding, app design, software, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Winsday may display football data, odds references, or other information sourced from third parties. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Match details, statistics, and related figures can change quickly and may be incomplete or delayed.

Football outcomes are uncertain. Daily Picks, statistics, filters, Ticket Builder outputs, and any scores or insights are informational only. They are not guarantees of future results and should not be treated as financial, legal, or professional betting advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINSDAY AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BETTING LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM ACCESS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50, IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE TIER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using Winsday at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Delete Account page.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of Winsday after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
